Ease of use for the "average" business worker. HN is not the intended audience but I wanted to share for feedback regardless.
There are simply a lot of people working in non-tech companies dealing with emails all day. All the context and attachments are already present in their email client. It's way easier to forward these emails to an email address than download the attachments, re-upload them and ask in OpenAI/Claude/etc.
